Neutralizing typically requires multiple sessions.

Lip blush generally lasts two to four years depending on your skin, lifestyle, sun exposure, metabolism, and aftercare. Colour softens gradually over time rather than disappearing suddenly, and periodic refreshers keep results looking their best.

Is it safe if I have lip filler?

Yes. We simply require spacing between treatments — ideally four weeks before or after filler — so the lips are settled and the shape being mapped is your true, healed shape.

We work within your natural border and can subtly enhance it where anatomy allows. Significant over-lining is avoided because pigment placed outside the vermillion border does not heal naturally and can age poorly.

Yes. Lip blush is a two-session process. A perfecting session six to eight weeks after your initial appointment refines colour, evens saturation, and ensures long-lasting results.

Yes, with preparation. Clients with a history of cold sores must take an antiviral prescribed by their physician before and after the procedure to reduce the chance of an outbreak during healing.

If you have never had a cold sore, the risk is very low. Any tattoo procedure on the lips can activate a dormant virus, so if you are unsure of your history we recommend speaking with your physician about a preventative antiviral.

Exfoliate and hydrate your lips in the week prior, avoid alcohol, caffeine, blood thinners, and fish oil for 24 to 48 hours, take your antiviral if prescribed, and arrive with clean, makeup-free lips.

Can I wear lipstick after the procedure?

Not right away. Keep lips free of makeup for at least ten to fourteen days while the skin heals to avoid irritation or infection. After full surface healing, lipstick is completely fine.
