Terms & Conditions
Last updated January 2026. By booking a service or enrolling in a training program, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure every appointment and is applied toward the service total. Deposits hold your time and are not transferable to another person.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Late cancellations, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may forfeit the deposit and require a new booking.
Candidacy & Consent
All clients must complete a consent form and disclose relevant medical history. We reserve the right to decline service where a contraindication is present, and any deposit may be forfeited if candidacy information was not disclosed accurately.
Results
Permanent makeup is a multi-session process and individual healing varies. No specific result is guaranteed. A perfecting session is recommended six to eight weeks after the initial appointment and is priced separately unless otherwise stated.
Training Tuition
Training deposits are non-refundable and secure your seat. The remaining balance is due on the first day of class. Course materials, manuals, and kits are for personal use and may not be reproduced or resold.
Media
Photographs may be taken for portfolio and educational purposes. Clients and students may opt out in writing at any time before their appointment or class.
